Advice please on how to take complaint forward with VW. Tiguan Match 140ps TDI purchased new in April 2011. Genuine 17000 miles to date, only my husband and myself drive vehicle. Clutch failed last week and diagnosis from local VW dealer is part failed in clutch and ground hole in gear box therefore needs new gearbox and clutch. VW have offered 50% towards labour ( total so far £570) and 70% towards parts (total £3500). On top of the emissions issues my confidence in VW is at rock bottom. Advice on how to proceed welcome.
