Car would start this morning after a particularly cold night - the first night with a frosted screen.
I can hear the starter motor going but it sounds slightly slower and "different." Obvious thing would be that the battery has died but I've had a battery die before and this seems different - having tried to start the car a few times, it isn't losing any additional power. When I start it, the "glowplug" light flashes at the same speed as the engine trying to start but nothing happens and it goes off immediately once I let go of the key. Once I let go of the key, I can hear the doors try and unlock (already unlocked) and the dials flick back & forth really quickly on the dash for around a second or two...
Any suggestions before getting it towed would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
