My daughter was at a T junction waiting at Give Way lines and indicating to turn right from a mnor road onto a major road. A car coming along the main road from her right and he had his indicator on as if he was turning left into the road my daughter was waiting on.
Assuming he was turning left, my daughter turned out of the road and the other driver did not turn left but carried straight ahead and hit her as she was turning - damaging her front drivers side bumper. there is damage to the other drivers' car too.
Who is in the wrong?
