Had a car accident today
Long story short -
I was looking to make a right turn into a side road and I was doing no more than 20-30mph
an on coming car was speeding heavily and smashed into my car causing the front of my car to be completely annihilated (write off) -
the person driving the other car had no insurance and it was not registered either
THERE WERE 5 PEOPLE IN THE CAR... THEY ALL RAN OFF
fast forward to speaking with my insurance..
They have said they cannot or will not pay me out as i only had third party insurance? (DOES THIS EVEN MATTER??)
They also said something about me passing the line or having liability of some sort?
now any help on this would be very much appreciated, as this surely cannot be the end of this case... The insurance havent even asked for pictures of police reports or anything... was just a 'yeah sorry we wont be able to help you' situation...??
