Just asking for a bit of general advice on behalf of a friend.
Last Friday while another friend who was off to a funeral a long way away, called in and dropped his dog off to her in the morning for her to look after it. While there, the lady's eyes rolled back in her head and she collapsed on the floor breaking three ribs in the process. Long story short, she was taken to hospital where tests revealed that her heart had stopped. They fitted a pacemaker, she came out on Thursday and was out walking her dogs with us this morning.
She seems to think she has to notify the DVLA about it. Is that so? Does anyone on here have any advice/experience on that process?
