So guys I'm buying my first car and normally any new driver would get a small 1-1.2 size engine and a small car like a corsa BUT the apprenticeship I've got is 100 miles away and i want a car that will cruise through the motorway with having nice MPG.
here's a few cars i've looked into and enquired about
VAUXHALL VECTRA I rang them and they said they will give me 12 months worth of warranty which costs them £300 and will also knock £200 off AND pay for 6 months worth of road tax and 12 months of MOT

2006 RENAULT CLIO Comes with 3 months warranty and they wouldn't give me 12 months unless i paid £300 BUT they knocked £500 off

Do you guys have any advice for me, or should i go with any of the cars i've listed (test drive)? This car will be on the motorway A LOT
