In December 2012 I was involved in a minor accident - it was her fault but she says it was mine.
To cut this long story short the claim was closed in June 2013 but my then insurers, Aviva, never informed me - I had to contact them when the policy came up for renewal (there very bad communication is another matter). The following April, 2014, I was informed it had been re-opened but was never told why the next month it was closed again - this time I got it in writing which included it was a "No Fault" accident. On the 7 September 2015 I received a letter from Aviva asking me to contact them regarding making a settlement.
It took me two days to get hold of someone at Aviva who was able to tell me what was going on - it has been re-opened because she has put in a claim for repairs!
How much longer can this be opened and closed again for? Can her claim for repairs really be taken seriously nearly 3 years after the accident?
