I wonder whether anyone can help answer this. I stupidly went through a speed camera a little over the speed limit, 39mph within a 30mph speed limit, I was sent a request for information which I completed and sent off. I expected to be offered a speed awareness course but I have been offered a FPN for £100 and 3 penalty points instead. My question is why haven't I been given the chance to go on a course?
