Bought car from ford dealer in Feb2012, took it back twice before July because of oil leak and engine light on, they did a goodwill service then and cured the engine light but couldn't find why the oil leak but that improved then. Took it back in JAn 2013 as coolant going down quickly, they fixed but did n't explain fully why that had happened. Now, heard pop sound and car broke down , back to same garage, says tensioner pulley failed causing belt to fail, put it back together, tested it, knocking noise now has to have new head because there was contact with the valves, anyone else had this trouble? Any advice in discussing with garage, could this have been foreseen?
