Last month, I had a crash in my driving exam and was 3 months pregnant that time. In accident it was not my fault. The drunk guy came into opposite lane and hit the car in an exam .. I thought my driving agency would responsible for my minor injuries and the exam money which I can not get refund which was cancelled due to accident.
One of the representative have taken my all the legal statement and told me the driving school will responsible behalf me. However, i have called them last week for update and now they are saying driving school can not responsible for your injuries which does not come under their legal rights. What I can do now?
