Grange ripped me off

Hi there
just took a garage to small claims court lost against this garage but the mechanic was told he is liable for payment to me but I have to start the claim again but this time against this mechanic. The owner of this garage told the court that his employers could buy and sell cars and they are insured to do so. I have been in touch with a number of insurance companies and told this is known as fronting and totally against the law. where do I stand
