Tuesday last week our car broke down in Sheffield while on holiday from Sutton, Surrey. An RAC van came (very late because they had sent another one to Stafford) and took our car to an approved RAC garage. That was over a week ago and we're still waiting for them to fix it. The garage never call us back to let us know what's happening. I was advised to call RAC Customer Services and they seemed helpful and said they said they would look into it. They never phoned back. What can we do? We have three young children and should have left Sheffield for home two days ago.
