clio 1.5dci wont turn over

clio 1.5 dci will not crank

ive changed the injector seals and cleaned some crud away with a bit of brake cleaner
i tuned it over with 2 injectors out to clear out the bore and it sounded like the brake cleaner ignited so i stopped and carried on with the job
finished all up and now it wont crank????

i think the starter relay is the middle 1 out of the 3 small black ones (is that correct)
it doesnt get a live feed to the red wire in the bottom where i would have thought it would

is there a fuse for this anywhere
