Hi,
I brought a vauxhall corsa 1.3 eco flex about a month ago - everything was fine, really good condition and checked everything.....apart from the MOT certificate :( don't know how i forgot!
Anyway about 2 days after buying the car i looked at the MOT and noticed on of the Advisory notes said the engine is running rough. The engine does seem to be a little loud and i can notice the gear stick vibrating slightly, also when driving at 70MPH the steering wheel vibrates. With the hot weather yesterday I also turned on the air con and the flow button and the car was shaking and i did stall i presume this to be too much of an overload for the engine to handle?
I have rang a dealership and also the garage who reported the issue on the MOT - both want around £60 to investigate the issue first.
I have a 3month Warranty for any issues to take back, so i have rang the garage i got it from and told him the problems, of the top of his head he seem to know he had checked all the receipts and an injector has been replaced prior to him buying it which solved the issue?
well i know an injector replacement is not cheap - so i am taking it back on Saturday to see what he says about it, i am just hoping he sorts it without being a pain due to my month Warranty.
Any advice on the problem with engines running rough?
Thanks
