I am hoping to buy a newer car soon. My budget is in the region of £10,000.
Diesel is not suitable for my motoring, approx 10,000 miles a year all within speed limits and little motorway driving.
Ideally I would like a traditional torque converter auto ( knee problem but not essential )
Priorities in no particular order are safety, comfort and reliability. I would prefer a medium size car - no bigger than S40.
Would quite like higher seating position.
Currently thinking of A class W169 manual or Hyundai ix 20 auto. I know Hyundai have had quality and supply problems in the past but have these been resolved.
Very grateful for any advice - I am open minded about car choice within priorities.
