Pajero batteries not charging and garage is baffled!

Please can anyone help I'm desperate?! The batteries on my L reg Pajero lwb will not charge. I have to jump start every other day. It's been in a garage all week and they can't work out the problem!! Has anyone come across this issue before and successfully fixed it?!
