www.carengines.co.uk are they legit?

I've skimmed through this whole thread on "reconditioned engines" and scammers, but found no mentioned of "www.carengines.co.uk" in there:

Is www.carengines.co.uk legit? Has anyone used them?

I have a quote for the engine I need from them, I will get it delivered and fit myself. Only problems are, the company owning the domain name is now defunct, and they asked for payment by direct bank transfer, not card. I think at the very least I will ask them to take payment by card, so I have protection on the purchase.
