I am writing to ask if you know of any software, app or website which will allow me to view live traffic in the UK. I want to be able to pick a destination, for example Podimore roundabout in Somerset, connect with the cctv in that location and view the traffic at this particular point. I notice that the RAC is setting up something similar for roads which may become congested due to road works or an accident but I was wondering if there was a way of being able to obtain a live view of flowing traffic at any time of the day even when there are no delays to report.
