Please help... I'm getting pushed from pillow to post with my insurance company.. On the 20th April I was parked up dropping my daughter to school... I was hit from behind and the driver just looked at me and drove off. I drove after him and he pulled up i pulled up in front of him. I naturally assumed that he was going to give me his details... Nope.. He let his passenger out and then recklessly drove off. It so happens that down the road he was caught in rush hour traffic where I managed to get his reg and car make. I'm fully comp but my insurers are telling me that he isn't accepting responsibility and that I have to now claim on my own insurance and I posey no claims ? Can someone advise me please of the best action to take. Thank you
