I recently had an accident and my car was written off. I paid my insurance in full at the start of the policy. After the accident I thought I was still insured to drive another vehicle third party. I have discovered they have cancelled my policy after only four months and kept the money. Yes the accident was my fault but that's what insurance is for. Do they have the right to cancel and keep the money or do they owe me money. Also am I allowed to refuse the payout figure. The car still has finance too
