Used micra or used yaris help

My uncle has a micra he is a motor mechanic
its his mother in laws v reg hasnt been driven much and the seat feels new an he has looked after proberly 20-30k on the clock
or a yaris from a private buyer 11k on the clock v reg plate also

1 thing i am young so insurance is 200 quid cheaper on the yaris

any ideas

these are both 1l or 998cc cars
