I wanted to thank the RAC technician who came to my aid in the Tesco car park in Ledbury Friday 13th at 4.45 pm approx. My car lock had deadlocked the car and I had a large German Shepherd locked in the elderly BMW estate. The windows had closed with the deadlock so there was no way in. The RAC gentleman tried everything to get in without damaging the car. He worked for 2 hours on electrical solutions until he finally managed, unbelievably, to get a long piece of metal between the door frame and open the bonnet. Then he got the ignition going and with another long piece of metal pressed the buttons to open the windows so he could get the key in the ignition and the doors unlocked. It would have been so much easier for him to break a window but he didn't and we are very grateful for not being presented with a large bill for a new window. The RAC should be proud to have him working for them.
