Hi all,
Could anyone shed any light on the above for me please, the car is a 2009 Focus 2.0 tdci (136) with dpf
Every now and again "Engine Malfunction" appears on dashboard and occasionally the traction control light but no Engine Management Light.
Codes read using snap on verus and the code showing is P120F which relates to fuel pressure variation, After searching google for the last week we decided to change the fuel pressure regulator on the high pressure pump.
Unfortunately the car is still the same (don't know if it's irrelevant but it seems to come on at idle), there is no limp mode or any performance issues, the car starts & drives perfectly normal. just annoying!
Has anyone come across this before?
Thanks & hope someone can help.
Dave
