Squealing sound while braking or turning left (Nissan Primera 2004)

Make: Nissan
Model: Primera sportdeck
Engine Size: 1.8 Petrol
Year: 2004

Recently I have discovered that there is a squealing sound from the bottom of the car while turning left. But it does not happen at all while turning right. To be precise, it only happens while turning left and steering wheel is totally in left position and the speed is 30 km (i.e. crossing round-about in the road).

Also I noticed same sort of sound while braking slowly.

Can anyone tell me whether the source is the same for both problems? Or what might be potential cause and solution for this problem.
