Please help. I have a Ford Focus 56 plate. I noticed about 6 months ago that while I was driving on the motorway the rpm, as I was accelerating was getting higher and higher ( about 4500 / 5000rpm in 5th gear ). So I automaticall thought the clutch was slipping.
So I booked it into the garage for a new clutch. However I still had the same problem so I took my car back and told them the problem was still there. So they replaced the new clutch with another new clutch telling me it must of been bad batch!!
However the new new clutch hasn't solve the problem. Can anybody give any ideas as to what it is?? The garage I took it to has no idea what the problem is and I don't want to do.
