I would like to contact Police to request "Speed Awareness Course" and "Red light Awareness Course". I had been caught twice by mobile speed camera and camera on the crossroad. My speed was 87mph on the dual carriageway (70mph limit). I know the limit is 86mph to go to that course, but I have clear driving licence and I would like to avoid the points. The red light offence I did, when I believe was still amber light and I couldn't stop without doing any danger for cars behind me. The Police has sent me letters with the offer fixed penalty points but without the offer course. I would like to contact them now to request the course. Could anyone please give me advice what and how I need write letter to have a chance getting those courses.
