I was recently snapped by a speed camera doing 36 in a 30 zone.
The car was registered under by brothers name with me as a named driver so he sent off my details as the driver at the time and I in turn sent the form off confirming that I was driving at the time.
They have given me the option to do the driver awareness course to avoid points and fine however. .
At the time, I believe that a motorbike was going the opposite way and a photo was taken of my car.
The photographic evidence should show this.
Now, if I request the photographic evidence and I am wrong, will I lose the right to attend the drivers awareness course?
