This seems a recurring theme but I haven't found any good answers anywhere...
I spoke to RAC Warranty for clarification as to why they had told my local Ford garage that none of the issues they diagnosed were covered by a Gold warranty
- Rear wheel bearing
- EGR stuck
- DPF sensor pipe cracked
The lady said I should email in as at least the wheel bearing is specifically stated as INcluded on the renewal letter I have got and the dealer who sold me the warranty also confirmed he thought they were included.
Coming up a blank for contact email addresses via RAC and TWG who i think really run them - anyone got any leads please?
Any tips for getting positive outcomes also gratefully received...
