Vaxhall astra headlights

Hey people I'm new to forum so hopefully someone going to be nice and help me out it would be very much appreciated..

I have a mk4 vaxhall astra and both the front headlights have condensation in and I am worried as my mot dew this week.. any advice is very welcome.
