my daughter has just bought a car from a local motor dealer and she has it on finance.
they put 12 months m.o.t on it but now cannot tax it because they say thay have never had a log book for it.
the car is a 2005 vauxhall astra that was a px from the local vauxhall dealer and then this trader bought it from them.
as it take about 4 weeks for a log book to come through and my daughter has already sold her other car she is not impressed at all.
can she cancel the agreement as she has seen a similar car at another dealer locally.
