Desperate for help. Ill put little storie here so you understand what happened and maybe that helps to find solution.
I have Mondeo 2.0 tdci mk4 2011, 138000 miles done. Started to get a engine light on what was the dpf issue what I decided to remove it. So took it to garage got a free offer to remap ecu to get extra power with dpf taken out and removed from ecu, so it was happy days to get extra power with dpf removed. Came home no probs, loud music extra power. Had a friend who asked me take him for a spin so why not got in and accelerator goes down, first gear, revs up, start drive and big noise, we stalled. That was surprise, cant start a car not even turning engine, 1 min later starts again, so thought i got revs in red so for security it stopped a car. We had a great spin and back home. Later went to shop with family and can hear massive rattle noise what sounds like injectors very very loud, 5 min drive and car stalls again. Called to that garage they said to get back to them, next mornig as it was chilling started engine siunded bad, start drive and car was all shaking vibrating rattling etc, warmed up and no shaking just a rattle sound so in garage they put different map with bit less power but still higher than standad, 5 min drive again starts rattle but not so bad, so decided to put original map with just dpf removed, after week or so noise slowly comes back but funny is that it is not there always although its there most of the time and noise is usually on 1st and 2nd gear in the region of 1000 and 2000 revs after that it just flies with no noise, now it have a big rattle noisr wit sort of shaking on car as well. Went to another independing garage who did not found any fault codes on ecu so they said they dont see a problems with injectors and not lookig in to it any more as they said it normal sound for 138000 mile car.I dont know where to start... bit desperate. Would be sound to hear any thoughts and where to start...
Just in case if it helps, have white smoke when start car what dissappear and then small amount of white smoke when hard accelerate. Idle usage of diesel use to be 0.5 l/h now is 0.7l/h and general usage is bit up as well. If there is a injector fault is ot going co come up woth fault code?
