Are short bans rounded up to full days, or end at same time of day they were imposed

I was recently banned for 14 days.
The ban came onto immediate effect at 2pm in Court on Thursday 16th October.

My question is....

Can I drive again at 2pm on Thursday 30th October, or is the ban rounded up to the full day meaning I can not drive until midnight?


All wording on the conviction form and DVLA license details, simply states a 14 day ban and does not give specific date or time that ban is up.
