Call centre appalling, promised call back....no call back came. Rang again got another advisor and had to go through it all again.
Patrol Diagnosed Alternator u/s so i followed patrol 2 miles left car at garage. Day after Garage replaced Alternator and battery. Still wouldnt start garage scratching there heads to diagnose. I wanted it moving to Ford dealer, despite having full cover RAC wouldnt recover it as it was part of the first job ! But it still wont start I said !! They charged me £105.00 to recover it to Ford Garage.
Wont be renewing with RAC when membership expires
