Hi , i have a question concerning my transmission sump pan.
First of all my car is a 1999 Vauxhall Zafira 1.8 comfort, manual transmission 140000 miles ,petrol.
So i was driving ,parked outside shop when i noticed a red fluid coming from under my car.Had a look underneath and noticed my transmission sump had cracked,so thought i must of damaged it by going over humps in road .Got towed back home and ordered another sump pan from a vauxhall salvage .When got part i replaced the sump then refilled .Thought was all OK but next day driving ,got to petrol station and noticed fluid again, had a look and again another crack.I was wondering if anyone else has experienced similar. My gears have always felt fine no noise or grinding. Thanks for any help in advance
