Advice on Driving test Appeal

Hi Guys,

I need some advice regarding the Examiner filling out the mark sheet correctly.
The Examiner didn't mark down on the sheet that I completed a manoeuvre in my test therefore does this mean that the under the regulation which states "The examiner should select exercises as suitable opportunities arise during the test, and should note the selection on the DL25 by marking either item 3, 4, 5 or 6. Note: set exercises should not be carried out during the independent driving section."

Am I able to appeal under the bases that documentation wasn't filled out correctly? As I did carry out a manoeuvre but it wasn't marked in the sheet.
