FULHAM CAR AUCTIONS sold me non runner as runner

Hi All,
I'm new to this forum and registered specially to post this and seek some advice:
I went to Fulham car auctions.
I liked one of the cars, It sounded good, looked good, had good body and generally looked good.
I decided to bid on it. I've won the auction.
Car is Vauxhall Astra H 2007 1.7 CDTI
After paying for the car and collecting keys I wanted to start it. And here surprise. Car won't start.
It is not a battery I've checker it.
After few minutes a guy with a can of easy start has arrived (one of the auction staff) . He has disconnected the air intake pipe and sprayed some of the easy start in to the air intake pipe when other person was turning the key in the ignition to start the car. It has started quickly. I've kept it running for 5 minutes, switched off the ignition and tried to start it again by turning the key - car won't start.

I wanted to receive my money back but was told I cant as cars are sold as seen. When I saw it in line it was OK, I haven't checked if it starts as it was in running car auction,
What can I do to get my money back?
