Why are the government not doing anything to regulate cyclists? Cyclists who are too young to get a driving licence seem to be able to cause havoc on public roads by all sorts of dangerous activity, including speeding down hill, indiscriminately not obeying the Highway code, and other reckless riding. More controls and regulations MUST be introduced.
