Hi I had accident I was in traffic stationary and lorry collided in me and broke my wing mirror passenger side .
I was at the traffic light and suddenly I heard noise and I have seen a small lorry next to me on the left, which collided, in my car. I jumped out of the car and went outside to look what happened. I have seen that my wing mirror was smashed in pieces .I was stationary at the moment but the lorry was trying to move and kind of cut the traffic. I asked the driver did you see me? And he said, there is traffic I was in hurry and he said sorry.
The next day the lorry driver said to his insurance that I was to blame, he was stationary and I collided.

My theory is if I am driving and I hit someone or something with my wing mirror it will fold and then may break if i continue to push it. But if I am stopped and someone driving in my direction hit my wing mirror it will start breaking and will not fold.
Am I right?
The other party want 50/50 but I don't agree is not my fault.
