Paying for a service I am not receiving.this complaint goes back to October 2012.I required a service van on that evening.they sent a recovery truck to my home address.told the contractor I don't want recovery.he went( and to find out within the last week he lied and said he started my car! Liar! And said he turned up in 50 mins.2nd lie.1hr 40 mins)called rac back to complain.I was told no service vans around until 7am the next morning.and the contractor they use didn't have a service van working that evening.this is a service I am paying for that I'm not receiving.I eventually started it myself.I called on several occasions and complained.with no calls or correspondence.I thought well that's the last of my custome.on renewal time around a month ago I rung to cancel.I got roped into another year as I got a discount plus 3 extra months.and promised from this guy that he would get my complaint dealt with.2 weeks later I get a letter saying they have come to their conclusion.basically saying I am a liar.and the contractors words was gospel I rang to complain again to a useless customer service again.no one can help unless your going to pay them money.I asked for a full refund.but surprise surprise no one can do that.I was told I would get a call over the last weekend or Monday.it is now Thursday.I called them yet again to complain.surprise surprise no one can be bothered to help again!!!! I have been advised toforward to the FCA and let them deal with the complaint side and to submit a claim in the court for my refund.if anyone is thinking of joining the rac think again!
