Car hit me reversing out of parking space

As I was leaving work driving out of our work car park I passed a parking bay on my left hand side just before coming to a t-junction where you stop and a barrier lets you out. As I was driving straight past this parking bay a car reversed out of the space whilst turning and crashed into my passenger side back door caving it in. There were no witnesses but we swapped details and agreed to go through insurance. I saw a co-worker coming out of reception and she came over and just asked what happened and the girl established that she had reversed into my car. Later that evening after reporting it to my insurance company I received an email from her as we swapped numbers and emails saying:

Giving it more thought if we take it to the insurance companies it will only be my word against yours and vice versa, they will just call it 50/50 and we'll split the costs anyway so both of our insurance premiums will increase a great deal. To keep it sensible for both of us it would save us a lot of future insurance money and NCD, to sort it out between us and both pay for our own cars. Which we will have to do anyway, but this way just saves our insurance costs increasing now and in the future.

I replied and said no I do not accept any liability as you reversed into my car and I will be going through insurance. She has now sent me another email mildly threatening that If I insist on pursuing this through insurance she will obtain CCTV footage showing I was going to fast in a 10mph carpark and that the damage to her car was sustained on the rear offside which is indicative that the car was already well reversed out of the space before I came along. She said I had to swerve to attempt to miss the car, again showing going too fast. Had I reversed and you were already passing the damage would be on the near side bumper.

This is not true and I swerved as saw her coming out as I was passing but she still hit me as was clearly reversing without due care and not looking in her mirror. Also the damage to my car would have been sustained at the front had she have been well out of the space surely? Instead it is my passenger back door because she had reversed and turned the steering wheel that is why the damage to her car is where it is.

I just wanted to know where I stand legally?? Nobody witnessed it and I am also not sure if there actually is CCTV in our car park but shall find out. She was clearly trying to get out of the insurance route as knows she was in the wrong? I can print her emails and send to insurance company if needs be etc. Also is she not admitting she saw me saying I swerved out of her way?
