post-forum maintenance problem

For attention of Mike Gray. Since the maintenance work of the last few days, when I enter "reply with quote", one click causes a rotating "waiting" icon, which just sits there. A second click brings up the quoted passage for reply, but the choice bar (Bold/Italics/Underline, etc) does not appear. Also, if I changed my mind about giving an answer, the "cancel" box at bottom right no longer exists.
There have been no changes to my computer between pre- and post-maintenance. Is this happening in general, or just to me?
cannot think of anything I can do to resolve.
