removing a dent from car door?

hi just wondering if anyone can help me here, I got into an accident today leaving quite a dent in my rear door, it now suctions when I open and close it which is fairly annoying.
anyway I was just wondering if any of you think I could possibly get the dent out myself before taking it to a garage, would the hair dryer and compressed air trick work or suction cup/dent puller work on a dent like this?
