Hi, I had a accident Friday which I am physically and mentally hurt. I am sure the other car was at fault but his insurers are dragging there heels and saying they have to decide outcome. I was driving down a straight road on the left and had cars on the path driving opposite direction. The car on the other side to me didn't judge my speed and took a turning which ended up me hitting him 50 mph full frontal to his side. Can anyone help please as I'm sure if he cut into my pathway he is in the wrong
