Smoking in cars ban

A plan to make smoking in cars carrying children illegal is to be put to the House of Lords today. Smoking was banned in workplaces and many enclosed public spaces in England in 2007. Meanwhile countries like Australia, Canada and a number of American states already ban smoking in private vehicles when a child is present. Do you think the House of Lords will pass the bill?
