Hi thanks in advance for any constructive help guys,my ford mondeo tdci 115 edge 2007 But it's been to a diesel company. Who did a diognostics like they do and. I guess investigated it. But found no problem. But said like you it could be injectors.
I've got very good fuel consumption late 50s early 60s a galleon.its got full service,60k on clock, with no problems till now,done the turn heated screens on like someone said,and still sounds the same,turned a/c on and still sounds the same,turbo working fine,well it still accelerates fine,
Starts 1st time. No smoke from exhaust.and runs smooth over about 40mph. Under it's a bit but not excessively jerky. At idle the revs try to drop and it's loud.im not sure where to go with this. As it's hit and miss for the experts to get right. Would this I read about tensioners cause the problem.and surely if it was injector/s it would by now be losing fuel. It's been going loud and now louder since about sept 2013.
even had injectors re coded. Egr I blocked off.
