Hi everyone,
I just have a question that I had insurance for my Audi, which broke down abroad and for a short time I had to buy a second car for three weeks while my car is on its way back. On my Audi policy I changed my car and paid some amount as administration charges which is fair enough. But now my old car is back, fixed and running. I tried to change my insurance back to Audi and the premium went up over 25% it just the period of 3 weeks. I just had a quote from a comparison web site and found quote over 35% cheaper with the same insurer. What you guys recommend I should do? As I am selling my car which is insured. In terms it says I have to pay all if I cancel the insurance but on the website is says I have to pay £55 charges. Any of you went in the same situation? Any help? If I take new insurance, It will be much cheaper. My old insurance has refused to help me which is a shame as they will lose a customer plus I will mention this to all my friends and family. Which means even losing more customers. Why they do this kind of thing. It feels like a day time robbery.
