Hi hope you can please help.
I have multi car insurance with 3 family cars on it. 2 were renewed at the same time and 1 was added at a later date. Initially the permitted use was SD&P but later Commuting was added as the other 2 had this already on it.
I somehow came across documents on website and noticed it was still SD&P so called them to add it which they did then queried why this was not done initially.
They viewed the recording and said I asked for SD&P and did not have any recordings on any other date on any other contact number.
I am adamant I requested this either calling them back or it was during our conversation.
I have a call records of times and dates I called them which they have not. Does this mean they do not record all telephone calls?
I have also noticed they have my daughters DOB wrong. Would this have been an issue if she was in an accident?
If this was a multi car policy then do all the vehicles come under the same permitted class - as they advertise it as one policy?

During the call x asked would the vehicle be used for Social use or Social and Commuting.
You confirmed the vehicle would be used for leisure only and gave an example of driving around. x then asked, Do you ever use the vehicle for work?. You advised, you do not use the vehicle for work purposes.
