Insurers said 'honest' motorists could see premiums fall by up to £15 a year. At the moment insurers cannot check licence or traffic offence details when they sell policies meaning they have to 'price in' risk factors."
I have highlighted the part I find amazing. So, if you have 9 points on your licence, keep quiet when taking out a policy and your premiums wont be higher. The insurance industry is in a mess.
