Advice please. I got issued a notice of intended prosecution dated 16/11/2018. Speeding 40mph in a 30. The offensive was on the 10/09/2018. This lapse the 14days under the regulations. I have also kept the dated envelope. I know I have to provide the person driving, which was me? In 28days but will this stand up in court. Ive not moved in 5 years.
