Hi all.
I had my alternator refurb'd about 6 months ago. It started ******* out oil so went back to the garage where it was fixed. Ever since, if I am going up a hill, my turbo stops working, the "car with a spanner" light turns on and the car goes in to limp mode.
Since then, the engine management light has come on a few times and now the air bag light is on.
Could this all be connected?
I have the car booked in to the garage in 2 weeks but I wondered if there was anything I could try in the mean time.
It's a 58 Vauxhall Astravan 1.7 CDTI
